I wouldn't use ANY tuner with an amp. That is why there are resonant antennas. A tuner is a crutch. You probably wont use the amp much anyway. Just not really needed all that often. :whistle:

Sorry to burst the bubble, but it wasnt an O2 sensor causing your troubles. A bad ox sensor wont shut off an engine, just make it run rich. You can completely disconnect the sensors without problems other than a check engine light and rich condition. Keep looking.:bored:

Most any tube amp I have ever used had lower output on ten than they do on the lower bands. 10 is also much harder on the tubes for some reason. I also agree with CK, no tuner needed if your antenna is even close to right.

Keep in mind that it is illegal to operate a marine vhf on land unless you operate a fixed base operation and have a fbo radio license. In other words, you have to be a licensed marine facility of some sort to use a marine radio from land. :whistle:
