i took a 347 frequency counter out of a grant....i took some pictures of the board for future reference...i don't see why you couldn't add the plug to the back

i agree with gettin an amp....the difference is soo small, with the final change...WHY? i don't know..all i know is that i can get the 1969 final to put out just as well
all i know..is what i have been told..they are great, but hard to get just right, never had one...but...i everybody that has them dialed in seem to love them
i have the 98vhp...296 in canada....i have found...when i am on other radios...i try dx...and i cant bust through...with the 98vhp...when i talk i am heard....i love it..

i make due...i have it on base setup .. so i can make do...
well by unhookin the antenna the noise is zero.. so .. the next thing im gonna get him to try is grounding all accesories on the motor really well to the motor... with some good straping.. and go from there i guess..
well since posting i have been told by some other fellas that basically every accesory on the engine whould be grounded very well to the engine and such ... and ofcourse everything to the frame....im not sure about the wilson because i would imagine there is alot of fibreglass on the body/cab
hey there guys.. i fired up my 2970dx-150 today and i see that it will deadkey but no modulation ...it will dead key 45 watts or so..this problem is only on am it works fine on all other modes...
anybody have this problem b4????

my buddy has a 2005 sterling semi truck ... with a cobra 29 installed from the factory .. he has never had any recieve much .. just a whole lot of noise...until its turned off...
he can transmit very well .. i can vouch for that...
i have one of these antennas up at about 70 feet .. no problems with the elements much yet ... i only paid 125 bucks for mine ..ppl have been takin them down up this way and puttin imaxs and other junk omnis up ..these things go pretty cheap here
i have a bearcat 14xl scanner that a friends had....i offered to try to program it for him.. just wondering if anybody on here has had one .. and can give me the programing procedure for it as... the fellow had no manual ... i dont need any freqs... just how to put them in ..
