Check SO-239 for corrosion between the lock washer and or nut. On both sides of jack. And/or if the solder lug from said jack has bad solder joint on PCB if has said lug.
Now, onto today. Gotta order up replacement PCB relay for the 5th wheel camper AC. Compressor stays running when T-stat is shut off.... WTF.... Found relay contacts welded shut. Now... $5 relay or $65 for complete control board?... I think I can...I think I can...I think I can!

Yeppers. This is the rubber cement style stuff. Still pliable but it's filling its tummy up on components... gerrrrrr. Now the hard mustard yellow style is a b**ch to remove sometimes when it gets in the nooks and crannies...
I chose to solder it all. Just how I learned. Use much better connectors now tho. Silver plated with Teflon insulator. But hey... back in the day... Radio Shack was your buddy and cheap! LOL
