For the price of the lil wil you may be better off just to replace the whole antenna. You'll spend more time in headaches trying to replace the cap.

Maybe the manual will help. It has all the assembly instructions and the parts lists and stuff so you can fabricate anything that is missing, it's essentially aluminum tubing. Aircraft aluminum I believe.
