    If he is "dead keying" it at that output, it will need new tubes, as well as the tank circuit rebuilt. Will no doubt need to the power supply board replaced to, as well. New tubes are 320.00, new power supply board 100.00, and who knows what he did to the tank circuit...

    If your Connex radio has SSB, look between 28.300 and 28.400 usb, that is where the most activity is.Look when you hear a lot of skip on 11 meter, 10 should be open. Just remember you need a license before you can transmit there. Rich
