    LDMOS is cool stuff. But I would not buy from. He does not know what they are. His 2 "pill" amp is actually 4. Each device has 2 mosfet's in it. So his 1 pill is a 2 pill, his 2 pill has 4 mosfet's. Each device is rated at 1200-1400 watts, so to get 2500 he has 2 devices, or in CB lingo, 4...
