No. That one was one of the Malaysian Cobras. They are pretty darn good. You probably want to get that one recapped, if you get it. Then again, for that price, skip it unless you absolutely MUST have one.... Even then you can find them for less.

Last time I had work done I paid about $200 plus shipping. Work done, full recap, full alignment, extra channels, unlocked clarifier, extra modulation, white led lighting for the meter.
