The replacement element sold on eBay is a Kobitone part no. 25LM024. I believe RB Micro uses the smaller and cheaper Kobitone 25LM022. Go to Mouser.com and search for 25LM024 and it you'll find it for $5.56. If you download the catalog, look on page 1924.
It's a common crystal element that's been around for literally about 100 years now. RB Micro has a crystal element replacement kit that works pretty good. Either that or be prepared to pay through the nose for an original MC320 element. If you can find one.

Who is "they" and "their servers?" Do you mean the MPAA or the ISP? Programs like Peerblock keep your IP Address from ever showing up to the MPAA, RIAA, law enforcement, etc. If they don't have your IP, then they won't know to look for you, and the ISP won't turn over any info.
