Ok so I did find a bad switch!!!!! I got power to my test port but Looks like my volatge is crazy 13.8 on rx and 3.1 volts on tx I can hear a little bit of audio.. my voltages are not right at tr41 not even on rx so next looks like tr41?

Update I got the radio cheap because it was broken, was talking to the guy who owned it and said this all happen from adjusting the bias he dropped a test lead and short something out... hint the wire I found running from the am regulator to tp7 but that doesn’t fix It cause there isn’t audio..

Been playing around with am regulator voltages don’t seem right 13.8 13.8 and 8ish volts... but only get carrier when jumper is ran from 13 volt off radio.. soI’m missing something and volatge to the test points for biasing isn’t there

have a cobra 2000 with no power at tp7 or tp8... if I run a jumper wire and power tp7 I get a 5 watt carrier?? No audio though radio is Direct Injected. Any input would be great...

I ordered the sams 2 weeks ago I’m still hoping it’s the correct one, I order sams cb19 and also got cb7 but that’s the older model demco... so I’m still trying to track it down... cbtricks also only has the older model that’s in cb7, was just hoping maybe somone here knew

So just a update the radio is working awesome! Just wish I could get it alittle more wide with the audio, other then that, sounds freaking awesome. Am regulator was giving me issues, installed max mod removed swing kit and radio is going strong..

So radio is new to me I see I has some swing kit in at r234 and q39 is missing but radio was fine before injection was done. What do you mean to much power out like rf power? Only set at 1 watt so maybe the bias is off? Maybe these so called 520 transistors aren’t so I got 10 off eBay maybe I...

Update was working perfect, finals went out replaced both 520s .. driver was working (could hear my self on near by radio) then not even 30 mins later slowly started losing rf power again? Now back to 0 watts? I’m using a mixer with Irig and iPad.. maybe mixer is to much?

Need help injecting my dx2517? It’s a ept690010d board with dual 520 mosfets any help would be great.. just need the injection points.. seems like there is maybe some about c235 and a resistor ....
