you ain’t kidding there’s not A whole lot out there on this radio. Lol. I will say this it has fantastic receive, nice, mellow and clear sounding. I just got to get the transmit audio sounding a little better.
Just picked up one of these brand new in the box and can’t find any information anywhere on the Internet. Anybody have any idea how to boost the audio on this thing with a diode clip? Thanks! It’s pretty anemic audio wise.
Also need mic wiring. It’s not cobra that’s for sure.

picked up an original Penetrator, 5 foot tripod and an ancient 102 SS whip at an estate sale. Price, $10!!!!!!! I almost had an accident in my pants when I spotted the Penetrator laying on the basement floor along with the whip. Penetrator will be restored!

M-246. Description says RV/Camper antenna with ground plane kit. Anyone have any knowledge or info on this thing?
