M-246 antenna

Can’t find anything on the web about this antenna. Made by antenna specialists, it’s a
M-246. Description says RV/Camper antenna with ground plane kit. Anyone have any knowledge or info on this thing?

Interesting. This one says ground plane kit included. The advertisement makes no mention of a kit.

the ground plane kit was for use on campers made out of fiberglass, just a simple wire set up,,,, the coil wont take much power before it burns up,,,,, if ya are into the movie smokey and the bandit the antenna on the trans am was similar but the one you have has a bracket to screw on side of rv,,,,
