I would try the 102' or the 7' firestick. the firestick doesnt look as gay as the 102" whip and it will outperform the 10k

I am willing to bet the 10k wouldnt win crap if I tested it vs a 1/4 wave. Where can you intall a 10k on a vehicle that it will outperform a 1/4 wave.

Can it out talk it? depends where you are trying to talk. a 1/4 wave would possibly work better close in where a correct fed 5/8 will work better on the horizon.

Not to break your balls or nothing but how much did you save by getting them unslit? the minimal cost isn't worth my time having to deburr and take the time to cut them as straight as they do. I spent probably 100x what you have with them never had a problem with anything in the order...
