AND non-skywave CB signals most certainly change strength with weather fronts. Some people will not see this in their neck of the woods. In mine it's a regular occurance.

Extended local CB propagation most certainly does work with large weather fronts here in the NYC area. It follows what happens on V/Uhf.
Sometimes I hear mobiles all the way up to Long Island and sometimes Atlantic City from home near Toms River. Most times this stuff cannot be heard...

Audio and video are muxed into the same datastream in DTV. It's a 19.39 megabit-per-second stream. If sub channels or anyhting else is added such as mobile TV some bandwidth must be allocated from the 19.39 max figure.
