Galaxy Radios DX959 Service Manual

Google ...galaxy DC 959 documentation project under the CB tricks site. It tells what adjustment is & how to set... I had a galaxy 919 that had great receive on it.. I will see if I can put the link in but I seem to have a hard time doing that.

If you look behind where the mic side. Is on parts side of the board.r21/r77. Solder the tops of these two resistors together to give you a much louder talkback

Yeppers that is where I got my schematic from. I also have a list of the barios resistors etc with their values bit still no voltage diagram. Thank you for suggesting the link.

Having. A hard time finding what the issue iswith the radio. I have the schematics. But would like to know what the volts/amps should be for comparrison . Thank you for any help. I have changed q54/55/37 both driver & final. Biasing volts at the 520's are 3.86v.. still has no carrier,no output...

Ok got the voltage set at driver & final @3.86v... the 2sc2314 pre-driver to the driver O's showing elevated/modulated voltage coming from.it but still nothing from there on... guess I could take the 520 driver back out n check.it again .any more.suggestions or ideas would be appreciated...

3.8volts to gate of the final. No voltage coming from the variable pot going to the driver but is going to it. Jell have to replace that. ..... .07 volts @ drain of each driver & final

Has no carrier,no modulation. There is modulation in the fallback but not on transmit. I have replaced q37/q54&55 with like part. Showing 11.84 volts @ source side of q55 &.12 volts on gate side. Only showing. 07 @ drain of same transistor. I checked the transistors.with a meter before...
