    Tell him to A.) be sure to center and tape the clarifier knob beforehand and,B.) To put a 4.7k, 1/4watt resistor on the wire going to board ground and keep the wire/resistor run as short ass possible. Should give 7KC up and 7 down. for educational purposes only.

    Sbe Console V Help And

    My bet is the same as MrGumbys'. I had one of these great Base Stations! Fantastic radio plagued with cold-solder joint problems. I got fed up and plugged in two 25watt three-pronged plug irons and proceeded to redo every solder joint on the bottom of the board. Never had another problem with it.
