The only socialism here in the USA, that I'd have no objection to is in the medical field. Socialized healthcare where everyone.....rich and poor, would recieve equal care, not what you could afford. Higher education would be another. LOL @ W1R3T4P

For ~ 13.8 volts, I use 470 ohm 1/2 watt resistors on the + side of the blue leds. If you look at the led, you will see a "skinny" side and a "wide" side. The skinny side is the +....while you have the old bulb out, check for + and - on the wires. Bulbs don't have a polarity, but leds do.
