I transplant the crystal packet from Philmore LM101S microphones into the dead MC320’s (The LM101 is Still produced) There are two locals that run elements that I rebuilt and none of us can tell any difference between those two and good MC320 elements. Never had buttons, so I was doubting it was what you were after. Likely not hard to install them though. On second look, the nameplate on the front is up and down switches. Seem they may or may not be volume up and down. May not be too hard to swap them over to channel switches.
