I just talked to 802 New York. There is an extremely strong station on 40 LSB, but can still overcome it. ---- Talked to WDX-1863 just now. Mother Nature is playing games so the contact was short. Hopefully it will improve after a bit. Good talking to you again. :)

Ahhhh. Do you know the specific area on that board is the AGC? (In reality, I would recap the entire radio, but it isnt in the best shape cosmetically.) Maybe just to get by replacing a couple of capacitors.

I do have a couple of AM stations talking on 16, but they are distant enough it isn't an issue. (yet) I just got done talking to WDX 808 Delaware. Made a good signal into the old radio here. Good contact.
