Hey Nomad, So checking the frequency at TP1, Channel 19 USB Mode and adjusting L19 or L20 makes no difference on the frequency at TP1. The only adjustment that changes is CT3. It was worth a shot.

Spec for CT3, Channel 19 USB is 34.9875. The closest i can adjust CT3 to the given spec is 34.98016.

Try this Demco. Remove green wire from single side of clarifier Pot . Resolder that green wire to where brown wire is on the other side of clarifier pot.
