What length jumper should I use between the analyzer and the maco m107 ? Some people has said 6 foot That's mighty close to the antenna? What about a 12 or 18 foot jumper?

I don't know why they sell 6 7 + 8 element beams if there are not any better than a 5 Element

That's why I want the 7 element I think because of the longer boom. And I have plenty of room.

Already have plenty of big towers and have the big rotor...there is a guy a few towns away from me that has a 7 element and he talks and can receive better van my maco 5.. was just asking for some advice so I'll probably get a bigger antenna and maybe a metal tube box . Came into some extra cash...

You're right DX man just go bigger I live out in the country plenty of room have two tall rohn towers ..have a bucket truck that goes to 65 ft so there's no problem putting up a bigger beam..

running a 5-element maco now everyone said the 7-element would not be much better ok what if you stacked two 5-element together or maybe going to a 8-element?
