    Siltronix 1011D technical support needed

Hello gang. My old 1011D is being recapped and I have questions about the VFO. It appears like its been narrowbanded??? Is that a thing? Ive tried to open up the bandwidth to get my 40 channels but its f#$%ed. I receive channel 1 on 18 and 40 on 36. That is making it very difficult to tune in to...

Anyone have a PDF manual for this radio? Id like to get mine running. Ac service manual would help also. Mine has avtuning problem. Seems like all my CB and probably 28mhz freqs all appear tightly between the channel 19 and 21 on the VFO.

Most likely the compression ratio when you save the file. On the average, your files have been around 5 to 10 mb. These were all around 1 mb or lower. Highly compressed. Makes smaller file sizes but takes all the detail out when enlarging which is what we need to do to see close up oarts and...

300dpi is ok. 600 is way better for enlarging images. When you scan are you saving them as JPG or directly to PDF? Check the compression ratio. It could be set too high. Every other PDF I've gotten from you is much larger in file size and blows up perfectly even on my phone. These are very low...

Is there a chance that you can redo this to a lower compression and larger file size so that the...

Cool. I used to have that one back in the 90s. It was a fantastic radio. I sold it and bought a 148gtl which is also long gone. I always likedvthe courier brand. Very easy to work on and very good designs sort of like the quality of Lafayette radios Dan, I will need the rest of that conqueror...
