The AnyTone does not work with EU or RU settings. That's just not how this is done. You can change the channel spacing in the settings. You can also program the channels using a computer if you need the frequencies to be different for your channels. -- Skyline

I had been searching on "DPS-1400CB" :) My guess is that you'll be fine. With these prices it might be worthwhile to take a bit of a risk.
