I don't know that you would need to tune the radio to the amp unless you had a really bad mis-match, but otherwise it should work. I run an IC-736 into a 4xSD1446 out to a gainmaster on 10m w/o a problem.

What frequencies are you planning to transmit on? ..and yeah ~30 watts is probably a better input. I run about 20-25 into a 4xSD1446 to get 300-320 out. ETA - don't the TS amps use a frequency specific crystal ?

90 watts in to a 2 x 2sc2879 type (PP100 originally?) at 14v? 210 AVG/ 600 PEP 8.42 dB gain - I guess that is within scope, .... ~90 watts input? It had to be repaired? Somebody help me out here?

Since you have ~34ft to work with, I would make a parallel (aka fan) dipole for 40/20 (and the 40 will cover 15). You could add 10m as well but I wouldn't suggest doing that later. ETA, as RS referenced, it is not clear what you are building.

There is anecdotal evidence that the Gainmaster likes to be in the clear - what that means however is not so clear. I have had great luck with my GM, and the way it is mounted it sits on a 10 foot pole above the roof, but off to the side of the roof peak, which puts it about 6 feet above...
