where can i find a schematic for this radio they completely took the mic gain out to put an echo board I want to put it back can find the pot value or where the wires connect

now that made my day

yes it's clean inside no hacks everything is intact only 2 things were done channels on the switches and an echo board was installed where the mic gain spot was they removed it completely

seems I'm stuck with a radio that is a fraud a.LOL

so you guys saying it was put together? how can I find out what it really is from factory

hello to all I picked up this Cobra 148gtl-f on a trade. what has me boggled is that the tag on the back says uniden grant XL and on the board, it has the Q for the transistors instead of the TR as the Cobras do. look at pics has a variable power echo board and channel I haven't powered it yet...

so i see some guys are building and running 10 12 13 element beams and putting 10,000 to 30,000 watts behind it 1st off if you are putting that many watts behind a beam then the beam is not working. i personally believe anything over 6 or 7 elements is a waist of time and no prove or evidence...

well I passed my general today super excited I'm ready to cut add burn ham stuff like i did with CB stuff LOL
