Icom v8000 transmits when you change the channel

After a bad storm I plugged my Icom v8000 back in and it was doing a partial transmit, about 14 watts, swr on my external meter is showing 99.99. Sometimes the radio works ok. Then sometimes it will start the 14 watt thing and run the fan or if you change the channel it will go on and off...
