Ok, so you wouldn't recommend a driver for the al-811. Sounds perfect. What about the 2995DX is that the same radio in a base case with a PSU built in? Or what? Would I be better off with the 2950DX and a separate power supply? K.M

It sounds like it should be about 30pf. Saw two articals with yaesu rigs and it qouted a 30pf capacitance for the mixing crystals to move them to 11 meters.
