Yes, it increases and decreases with the RPMs. I have no idea what or how to check where it is coming from. Most of my searching leads me to believe it is a ground loop. But it could be anything. The antenna is mounted on the rear passenger side. What is the best way to start the diagnosis?

I installed a Cobra 75wxst in a jeep wrangler. I have wonderful engine noise through the speaker. I've tried noise filters, moving my grounds, moving power and coax to different points away from speakers and other wires. I'm at a loss. Anyone have suggestions???
