let me clarify like i said earlier i talk easy 15-17kw.....i can punch it to 25kw the plate might be up to 9000..i only have two old eyes...remember this is my small box!

first let correct you...the alternator is not 15vdc...it is 3 phase AC full fielding.....i talk for hours at a time. i wish i had the knowledge to explain it...all i can say is if your ever in south florida i would be happy to demo this for you

a couple more comments...I think the alts put out closer to 15+ volts also the transformers are 2500 volts i dont know what that is vrms but i think its higher then 1333

I am not a technician by any means....I do know that i can get 7000 plate volts and pull 3.5 amps while turning 4000+ rpms...7000x3.5=24500...now maybe these are false meter readings and my bird 43 (showing around 25000) is not working. i really dont know. wish i could explain it better.

Actually with a pair of 3cx3000a7s and (4) 250 amp leece's (4) 1.5 amp power supplies 25kw is possible but not recomended cruising at 15-17kw is easy

as far as the single 3 i am not sure what you think is wrong with it?? looks good to me.

ok i can certainly speak for the top box..that was a bodine built box. i purchased used from 13va cbr .......I had 55 order me a case and transplant the guts.....55 did not design or build it he just did me a favor and got rid of the diamond plate case

its all used. its a second hand box.

55 didnt try to improve it....55 just made it work..i guess he could have made a anchor out of it that would have been a improvement!

i did the standard mod as was not impressed........when i jumped the diode and added the 4.7k resistor it was much better.....after i see the results here i am going to volt the pre driver.
