Omega Force S45HP-missing jumper?

Hello everyone. I just received my new Omega Force S45HP and I went to convert it and there was no jumper-I thought it was supposed to come with the jumper or am I supposed to order one? The CB shop who sold it to me wanted me to pay $30 to convert it for me but it is such a simple thing to do...
