How can I reach the support center? via the northpoint site?

OK looks like no one had this problem... during further investigation I noticed the RIT pot does change frequency in 1/4 or the total range of the pot at about 1500 hours position. I suspect this is just a matter of a dirty or bad potenciometer. _ Baco

Magnum S-9 and Northpoint NT-9HP are very very similar but the Northpoint doesn't have the A, B, C,... band selector... does that mean this radio can't have CB frequencies? Ed
