Yes, followed the alignment procedure line for line. The problem is, or seems to be that the viagra board is outputting the same frequency for LSB as it does for USB (15.36250 MHz instead of what it should be outputting : 15.35750 MHz ) the result being that the freq is way off in. LSB 27.210...

Yes, that's what I used. It's well beyond what the clarifier can swing and it seems to be adding the freq to lsb instead of subtracting it. It renders it nonfunctional and there are no adjustments that can be make that I can see that will "fix " it other than getting a new chip. I am hoping...

On closer inspection, someone definitely modded this and returned it, the diodes aren't very well placed and the solder joints are shiny... This thing is definitely going back, not going to trust that it isn't messed up.
