HAS ANY1 TRY THE FM SIDE, DID 26.805 POPUP OR IS IT LIKE THE PRES RANDY FM IS A COPY OF THE AM BAND??

got new meter(workman, Copper), tested my mobile, the meter did nothing. The meter on radio pegged when I keyed it. less than a mile from I20 & W Loop 250, no 19 stactic is all, Midland, Tx.
