Yaesu FT-270 OEM Service Menu Settings?

Hi there.. anyone using this handy still i wonder? Anyway, the setting on mine is slightly different from this. I wonder what differs the setting. Could it be due to area zones, manufacturing standards or what else could be. 9w2cxj Kelvin Malaysia
