Connex 3300 output

Looking to see what else could be the problem with my connex 3300hp it's an older radio swr was high didn't catch it in time went from 30 watts output to 0 output changed the c1969 and the c2166 and it's doing about 4.5 watts but on the side by audio chip where the b754 is located it is getting...
