Looking to see what else could be the problem with my connex 3300hp it's an older radio swr was high didn't catch it in time went from 30 watts output to 0 output changed the c1969 and the c2166 and it's doing about 4.5 watts but on the side by audio chip where the b754 is located it is getting a little warm what else can I do

When those transistors fail, they will short inside between the collector, the output side and the base, the input side. Shoots voltage out the transistor's input lead, goes to ground through parts on the transistor's input side.
Parts in the base circuit will get fried when this happens. L47 and L35 deserve a look.
