    Yes the radio is set for 13.8V and the VCO is set to 2.5VDC with the PCB Jumper removed from TP7, TP8 & TP9. I'll try this tomorrow! Thanks!

    Crystal off Frequency

    I have the same problem and replaced VC1 but no luck. Can only get up to 10.2351 on pin 8 of IC3. I have a new X1 ordered and hope that is the problem.

    If you're looking down at the chip and the Trimmer Cap VC1 is above it, Pin 8 of IC3 is the second pin of the top row counting from the left.
