Yes this is what I do. It's a lot easier on the gear this way(runs cooler) and The reduction in power only reduces the signal a slight amount,on the order of 2 or 3 db, Not noticeable to most stations
Bingo ! You hit the nail on the head with this comment . DO NOT overdrive these and they work great. I would suggest not inputting more than 10-15 watts PEP and they run very well. Just cuz you can run 35W PEP doesn't mean you should!

Been using my Delta M2 on my RCI 2995 DXCF for a couple of months now and every contact on local and DX has commented on the great audio. Loacals say its the best sounding I've ever been. That's enuff for me.
