Here is the guy that alot of friends is using his wireless setup. KT9D. Look him up on QRZ. He sets them completely up for your radio.

Did you ever get the remote working on the Icom 7100? Oh I do have mine in my Chevrolet truck. Radio is under the seat and mounted control head to lower section of dash just to the right of the steering wheel.

Also back onto running digital on the 891. I start up HRD, then start the logbook in Hrd. Then I start WSJT using FT8, then JTAlert. Anytime I make a 2 way contake on FT8, JTAlert will log my contact thr hrd logbook and put it on EQSL. All done automatically. Reason I am running HRD, is I could...

I am also waiting for the new firmware upgrade that will give us a LSB or USB button in the mode screen. My 706 and 7100 works great with HRD.

In the mode menu there is not an LSB or USB. You have to go in a different menu. The setting is in the "F" key. Then menu 11-07. It is called "SSB BFO"

No, HRD will not select it. You have to do it manualy...
