Anytone 5555n old version any way to get 12m?

I know it's possible with the 5555n II version but was curious if anyone managed to get the original on 12m or if it's even capable? I already have the original mod to open it up from 25.615 - 30.105. Also noticed long ago that there are unpopulated JST type jacks inside and jumpers I'm curious...

Battery for AnyTone 398UV

I just scored a killer deal on an AnyTone 398UV hand-held. I have not been able to find a spare QB-35L battery. Anybody know of a source with some in stock? I have a feeling they are a China shortage, and won't be back in stock for quite some time.
