I haven’t heard so many CW stations on 10 in years. Unlike the past, very little QRS operators, straight keys, bugs are being represented. 99.9% high speed keyboards equipped with CW readers. Real CW?? Makes me wonder how many of them actually know any code beyond 5 wpm. I loved the old novice roundup contests of the past where experienced hams helped the newbie.
Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
