A pretty decent DX day up here today...... a few contacts on 26.805FM this morning, and a whole pile of Texas, Oklahoma, and Downunder on 37LSB tonight.......

I found one on griegs list with heat & ac at a reasonable price but so far no answer to my email. Maybe it is BS !

While mobile today I heard a lot of yakking but couldn't seem to get a comeback. I'm beginning to think I had better luck running my other sideband radios teamed up with my KL-200 P & my KL-203 P giving the air-waves just a little extra juice. Maybe I'll try turning down the RF power on my Q6 Pro to drive a KL to see what happens in this mountainous area. I did hear someone mention 399 on 37 lsb but it wasn't loud.
I was on from 6:15 to 7pm and it was all jammed up on 37 & 38. I stayed on 36 and made quite a few contacts and had some nice qsos, especially with 240 west Virginia. We had a pipe line set up for 20 minutes. I was getting a lot of Canadian stations, Michigan, Chicago, and Florida.
When I shut it down, 37 and 38 were still a train wreck!

Dx was most definitely alive and well. It was one heck of a pileup but did work several contacts. Like mentioned above, 37, 38 was a train wreck so it went best on 36. Let the good times roll!
I heard you in there on 36 Brother DXer! Along with about a dozen other Texas stations. You were talking to Michigan I believe. I gave a quick call but the channel was super busy so no cigar........
Been on 36 a fair bit lately. 37, 38 and 425 have become ridiculous lately. Now we have a non-stop Ice Cream Truck in addition to the 111111 guy, the Fox News, the Sirens, and the Crying Baby on 38..........it's become the wall of sound channel LOL!
