Fantastic day on 11m. Lots of European contacts into the Carolinas.
The Pacific is open again.
Just talked to Mod Squad and Mr Overnight Sensation on 27.085 AM, they are blowing up the channel right now.

Highly likely. I heard several stations from there on 27.555 an hour or so ago.....

I actually heard @ModSquad on my handheld first and then talked to him in the mobile.
That's how strong Hawaii was in the rx here.
It's getting better.......
Out of the summer doldrums
Into some cool DX

It was a killer dogpile when I was on the mobile... didn't even try and call out, far too many stations. Southeast US to pacific islanders and everywhere in between. Just wow!
Great QSL with Glasgow this morning. I love 11m.
Made contact today with Louisiana today running the Q6 Pro Raw power in the mobile so that cheered me up. But had too much on the plate so had to Keep on Hoeing ! But it is refreshing to hear the radio come alive again, just hope it last.
I have no doubt you could reach me because the last few years Texas has been a real big player up here in N/E PA. But the solar site says conditions Poor for 12-10 meter today but that doesn't always hold true. Until after Sunday we are starting our Special Deer season for Senior Citizens and mentored hunters so I'll probably shift into Stupid Mode again for a few days ! LOL But I hope to catch you around the campus after I get done being Brain Damaged again ! Good luck to everyone.
