11 meter is very quiet?

Was busy yesterday out in the garage fabricating new snow skid shoes for my snow blower so sounds like I missed the action. But at supper time i had my newest 980 turned on setting on the kitchen table down stairs with just a Tram mobile antenna on metal in the window. I could hear 38 lsb was busy but 1 guy was busting through loud and clear so my thoughts went to ( Just my Luck! ) I should be upstairs in the radio room on the base station system. This old Irish Man didn't have any Luck this time. LOL But glad some of you had some rocking.

I heard @UDX-483 in SC, but I couldn't make it through the mess. I thought I heard him trying to get back to me at one point, but no dice. It's all but dead now. I hear a few stations here and there...

Open to Eastern EU and Beyond today. Romania, Bulgaria and many others. Also some good Inter UK skip from south coast Southampton etc. Plenty of Stateside coming through too.

A later version of the Funkservice Gerhard Maurer President Adams with Frequency Display. Range 26,200>27995 but in reality good from 26,515>27,855.

Facia not the best on this one. Decal in the small window is correct for functions with Maurer Adams. Main facia and knobs are on for function, I do have a decal but considering a complete new facia now that these are more readily avaiable.

CH6 FCC's doing their thing here this afternoon though.

DX has been pretty good here just west of St Louis. Been making some great contacts. Currently working a Turner SSK into an HS4 straight into a cheap Amazon vertical. Finally bonded antenna ground to service ground, something I should have done long ago. My noise level appears to have dropped a little, hmm. Hope to hear you all out there some time.

Well the Conditions were okay this morning that I was able to make contact with Station 169 out of Italy,had a nice but very short qso with the gentleman before the Static came back in, haven't been on much lately due to Work and taking care of my Dad, etc....hope everyone out there in Dx land is doing well!!!!
