One wonders how long the shenanigans raged before the FCC was galvanized to action. Or what the final straw was.
In cases around this area, idiots jam and act the fool for years without a hint of attention.
Then there's the crowd which turns Ch38 unusable as long as skip's up.
And the Spanish speakers who basically took over Ch9.
I could go on at length.

I am local to Chicago Ridge, it's about fives away but I am not on 11 meters anymore and haven't been since 1990 so I can't say I ever heard the guy.
They don't need an admission, he was tracked right to the house, and sent a WARNING letter. As far as a snitch goes, it could have been anyone of a million people using channel 19 daily.
Now if he continues to do it they already have his number and will knock on the door themselves, not a snitch to end up having a gun pointed to his head.
FCC don't need no search warrant either.

I heard his jamming first hand a few years ago when I drove into the Chicago area. That name sounded very familiar.
It takes a lot.
One really has to be a total asshat to garner serious attention from them.
There's not enough money in CB enforcement to make it worth the time, so if they are looking for you, you seriously screwed up.
Look at guys like John , motor mouth maul he's not hiding.
Just about the whole world knows he's running "slightly modified" equipment on CB daily, it's easy to find him in the FCC database from his call sign,but he's not a enforcement target because he's not a ass hat jamming frequencies 24-7 or splattering across 8 channels.
Anthony, Prime is well known, not hiding that fact, yet he has operated for years from the north west corner with immunity because he not acting like a idiot.
Nothing gets attention better than jamming a channel all day, and ch 19 lol

I took a trip last week and brought the QT-80 along. Channel 19 is filled with filthy language, skip shooters running power, people playing music, sound effects, etc. So much so that I couldn't hear truckers for traffic reports most of the time. SSB used to kind of filter these folks out, but nope, they were on 38 LSB, too.
I know CB always been the wild wild west, but there used to be a lot of good ops out there. It was REALLY bad, and I ended up turning the rig off most of the time.
Personally, I am glad the FCC is enforcing the rules against this kind of stuff.

One of my friends from another forum knows Anthony personally and relates that he goes out of his way to make sure he's not causing problems with others - either fellow radio operators or the general public.
That type of attitude pays off.
Here's a additional tidbit about Mr Delgado , he has been warned by the FCC in the past.
In February of 2018 he was sent a FCC warning letter for unlicensed operations on the amateur bands.
So it appears that he has a habit of being a problem......

I absolutely love CB. It took decades of having to put up trashy idiots with more money than brains to make me bitter about the hobby.
I have zero patients for what I would call white trash abusing dirty radios and amplifiers.
If you are not talking to another humanbeing or at least attempting too and you are tearing up the airwaves I would love and I mean love it for these men to be sitting in a jail cell for 90 days until it stops.
I do not care how much clean power you have on tap so long as you use as little as possible to comminate and are polite.
If you want to hear the sound of your voice like when BBi fires up his 25,000 watts or what ever and just talks to no one on the Bowl automatic jail time. Why? Because just like my fat self if he had to eat garbage food for 90 days and had no hot ladies to interact with he would reconsider his stupid and selfish behavior.
Keydown competitions should be automatic 2-3 years in Prison. Suddenly all of your 64 pill garbage would dissapear.
Everything wrong with the hobby is people abusing rf amplifiers behaving badly on air that are not talking to other people! All of these anti-social people are trash they hate themselves and society and want to keep other people from talking to each other. Their intent is no better than the Uni-Bomber they just do not have the tools to destroy the way he did. they express their deep hate for themselves and society with a radio and amplifier. If these idiots where shutting down cable TV or the internet people would be livid and calling for these peoples heads on a platter.
So doing these types of behavior long term is no different to people that abuse animals. I am not talking about someone that got drunk 1 times and sat on his mic by accident that had no clue he was shutting down the area and everyone was hearing his stupidness! I have no tolerance for anti-social self destructive disruptive behavior. Non of us should tolerate this.
These people always repeat offend. What should you do with people that repeat offend? Society should exhist for those that want to be part of polite society. If that is not you and you can not behave and abide by the rules you should either check yourself out of society or you should be forcefully checked out from polite society and I do not mean self delting either I mean physicaly being removed from society and from technology!
