The band is open and very stable right now.
I just had a very nice qso with KD4FJ for about 20 min from the mobile.
He was 5x7 copy at the start up to 5x9.
There were other stations calling, but I had to get out of the truck.

Yep,was just scanning 10 12 15 ans 17 a bit ago...they were all open....heard Europe to South America on 17

I just upgraded to general Saturday morning. And I am glad I did. All those bands have been great all weekend. I have made several contacts on 15, 20.
