142 gtl issues

Hello guys I acquired a 142 gtl here what works : tx works ,and I get about 3 watts only on am. What doesn't work is receive and modulation, I also get nothing on ssb as well thanks

check the voltages on IC4 (TA7222AP) in both receive and transmit and let me know what the they are.

I'm not getting the 13 vdc , I'm getting 12vdc

I did get my recive back I just don't have modulation now and it's only doing 2 watts on am

Ok something strange with power supply I have it on DC, now I will match your numbers

Pin 10 is only reading like 12.32 vdc when I tx goes down 12.22vdc all other pins are close to your readings
