1st. Gen President Lincoln mic adapter/connector

Hey folks,
Is there a mic adapter from 5-pin Cobra to 5-pin President? If so, what is the part number? If not, what connector do I need if upgrading to a D-104 or Turner +3 style mic? Rig will be base use only.

You have to DIY. Simple task. Get socket for cobra side, plug for lincoln side and 3 wires.
