2950 Talkback Removal

:? I recently aquired a nice Ranger 2950.. Works nicely but has Talkback installed.. I was going to run it as a base with a D 104 but cannot due to the squeal with the talkback.. Can anyone tell me how to un install the talkback in this radio ?? Any help will be greatly appreciated..

D78 was either cut or removed. Replace or resolder to remove talkback.
