From what they said, its the load as the truck has everything electronic.Normal voltage when running is 14.5 VDC +.
YEA! YEA! They called it "LOAD SHEDDING".... Got the same Song and Dance till I told them...I worked for BELDEN wire and cable and a Journeyman Electrician for 30+ years...and if it wasn't fixed this time when I picked it up I was calling the GM district office in Detroit!
NEW Battery/ NEW Alternator....the Tech even took it(alternator) apart to show me the bad terminations...
Sometimes it pays to have more BS than the service manager...
