Due to the lack of MRF477, Im reading that the 1945 is a drop in substitute..
Is there anything to adjust on a hr2600?

Looking at the data sheets, they don't exactly look like sister parts/drop ins.

If you use a 2SC1945, you'll be really unhappy with the results. very low output power compared to the 477. Better to use an MRF421 (which is readily available) with an adapter pc board.
